PAH Return and Refund Policy
We want you to feel comfortable in your PAH purchase. You may request a return or size exchange within 7 days of delivery.
Eligibility
Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, with original tags and packaging intact. Please keep your order confirmation and share clear photographs if the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.
Non-returnable items
Items marked final sale, customised items, gift cards, and items showing wear, washing, stains, odour, alteration or damage after delivery cannot be returned. For hygiene reasons, returns may be refused where the condition of the garment makes resale unsafe.
How to request a return
Email sanket_joshi@hotmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number, the item concerned and the reason for return. Do not send an item back until PAH confirms the return instructions and address.
Return shipping
If an item is damaged, defective or incorrect, PAH will arrange or reimburse reasonable return shipping after verification. For change-of-mind or fit-related returns, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility and may be deducted from the refund.
Refunds
After the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. For Cash on Delivery orders, we may request Indian bank or UPI details to process an approved refund. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the item was damaged, defective or incorrect. Banks and payment providers may take additional time to reflect the refund.
Exchanges
Size exchanges depend on stock availability. If the requested size is unavailable, we may offer a refund or store credit after inspection.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by emailing sanket_joshi@hotmail.com. Once dispatched, the return process above applies. PAH may cancel and refund an order affected by stock, pricing, address or payment issues.
