PAH Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the PAH website and purchases made through it. By accessing the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, together with our Privacy, Shipping and Return policies.

Store operator
The store is operated under the trading name PAH from 2nd Floor, Pushpanjali Building, 641, 80 Feet Road, 4th Block, Koramangala, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560034, India. Contact: sanket_joshi@hotmail.com.

Eligibility and customer information
You must be legally capable of entering into a contract in India. Information supplied at checkout must be accurate, current and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials.

Products and imagery
We aim to describe products accurately. Screen settings, lighting and manufacturing variation may cause small differences in colour, texture or appearance. Measurements are approximate and product details may be corrected when an error is found. Concept or AI-generated imagery will be identified where applicable and must not be treated as final production photography.

Prices and taxes
Prices are displayed in Indian rupees. Taxes included or charged at checkout will follow applicable law. Shipping charges, discounts and the final payable amount are shown before order confirmation.

Orders
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted only when PAH confirms it. We may decline or cancel an order because of unavailable stock, payment failure, incorrect pricing, suspected fraud, delivery restrictions or inaccurate customer information. Any amount collected for a cancelled order will be refunded according to the original payment method or another mutually agreed method.

Payments and Cash on Delivery
Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. Cash on Delivery may be restricted by PIN code, order value, risk checks or prior delivery history. We may contact the customer to confirm a COD order before dispatch and may cancel an unconfirmed COD order.

Shipping, returns and refunds
Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy. Cancellations, returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy. These policies form part of these Terms.

Acceptable use
You may use the website only for lawful personal shopping. You must not interfere with website security or operation, submit fraudulent information, misuse offers, scrape the website at scale, introduce malicious software, impersonate another person, or infringe intellectual property or privacy rights.

Intellectual property
The PAH name, website design, text, graphics and original content belong to PAH or its licensors. They may not be reproduced, distributed, modified or commercially exploited without written permission, except as permitted by law.

Third-party services
Shopify and other payment, delivery, analytics or communication providers may support the store. Their services may be subject to their own terms and privacy practices. Purchases from PAH are transactions with PAH, not with Shopify.

Errors and availability
We may correct errors, update information, limit quantities or discontinue products without notice. If an error materially affects an accepted order, we will contact you and provide an appropriate correction, cancellation or refund.

Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under Indian consumer law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PAH is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website or products. Our total liability for a claim relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount paid for that purchase, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Indemnity
You agree to compensate PAH for reasonable loss arising directly from your unlawful use of the website or material breach of these Terms, subject to applicable law.

Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer forum or other jurisdiction available under applicable law. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve concerns promptly.

Changes
We may update these Terms by publishing a revised version on this page. Changes apply prospectively from publication unless the law requires otherwise.
