PAH Shipping Policy

Service area
PAH currently ships within India to serviceable PIN codes. International delivery is not offered unless it is specifically shown as available during checkout.

Order processing
Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days after payment or Cash on Delivery confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

Delivery information
Delivery availability and timing depend on the destination PIN code and courier serviceability. Available shipping information will be displayed at checkout or shared after dispatch. Weather, public holidays, carrier disruptions and high-volume periods may cause delays.

Shipping charges
Standard India shipping is ₹79 per order. Shipping is free for orders of ₹1,499 or more after discounts. Any applicable charge will be displayed before the customer completes checkout.

Tracking
When tracking is available, it will be sent using the email address or phone number supplied with the order. Tracking information may take time to update after dispatch.

Address accuracy and delivery attempts
Customers are responsible for providing a complete name, phone number, address and correct PIN code. Additional charges caused by an incorrect or incomplete address, refused delivery or repeated failed delivery attempts may be payable by the customer before redispatch.

Damaged, missing or incorrect parcels
Contact sanket_joshi@hotmail.com within 48 hours of delivery if a parcel or item is damaged, incomplete or incorrect. Include the order number and clear photographs of the outer packaging, shipping label and item so we can investigate with the carrier.

Delays
PAH is not responsible for delays outside its reasonable control, but we will assist with carrier follow-up where possible.
